Between 200 million and 600 million Facebook users are believed to have been affected by the security flaw.

2. Avoid using same passwords across different services i.e. you should not use same password for Gmail,Facebook and Instagram.
3. Better you use two factor authentication,which will help you secure your account even if it is hacked.
4. You should use a strong passwords so that it is difficult to guess your passwords. avoid using mobile number as password as it is easy to determine.
5. Never share your OTP wit anyone,as it can help the hackers in hacking your account by changing its passwords
6. Facebook said that it plans to notify hundreds of millions of Facebook Lite users, tens of millions of other Facebook users and tens of thousands of Instagram users about the bug in its password management system
